Alright, Lindy World, I know you all got some mixed feelings about modern songs to a swung beat, but how could you not love the fantastic mix that is Postmodern Jukebox? Scott Bradlee does jazz, bluegrass, soul and other fantastic covers of popular songs. He features a bevvy of newfound talent and gorgeous jazz voices we have yet to heard, and even brings back some old favorites style choices, including Edith Pilaf and Sinatra, no joke.

Check out his cover of “Straight Up” with tap dancing a la Fred Astaire & Ginger Rogers:

If that’s not your cup of tea (but why wouldn’t it?), try some Vintage Motown “Shake It Off”:

Still not impressed? Try “All About That [Upright] Bass.” Pure amazecakes:

My dance partner and I grooved to these beats for a good hour last night. It’s quite good fun, my friends.

Anyways, give’em a chance at least! You’re guaranteed to find at least one song you love.

Movin’ & a Groovin’,

S.
